Contract terms

The moment you rent a vehicle with Lago Rent a Car, It is important to know our terms and service policies.

If you have any additional questions, our team will be happy to help you.

  • Reservations will be fulfilled with vehicles of the same category.

  • To validate your reservation, you must present your reservation confirmation.

  • National ID card or passport.

  • The rented vehicle may only be driven by the contract holder or authorized additional drivers.

  • The return of the vehicle includes 1 hour of grace period.

  • After the grace period, a charge of 50% of a rental day will be applied.

  • if it exceeds 4 hours, you will be charged a whole day of rent

  • Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as when they were delivered.

  • Cards VISA, MasterCard and American Express

  • Bank transfer

  • Cash

  • Rentals will be charged at the start of the rental

All our rates include 80/20 collision coverage for the vehicle and third-party damage coverage, providing you with greater peace of mind during your rental.
